What clients and colleagues say
I've watched Cayman run events where three things went wrong at once, and the room never knew. She doesn't get rattled; she just quietly reorders the plan and keeps everyone moving. If you want someone who stays calm when the schedule doesn't, it's her.
What stood out was how quickly she read the room and stepped into whatever was needed, coordinating vendors one minute and redirecting volunteers the next, without ever making it feel chaotic. She leads by taking things off your plate before you have to ask.

Meet Cayman Ott
Eight years coordinating events across Southwest Missouri, from twenty-person corporate dinners to community-wide festivals. Born and raised in the Ozarks, and still here.
I love logistics. I love the part of the event nobody sees. And I believe you should hire help for what you actually need, not for what someone told you that you need.
